Mar. 2021 Webinar: What Does a Changing Climate Mean for Georgia’s Agriculture?

April 1, 2021

Thank you to those who attended the February GCP webinar, “What Does a Changing Climate Mean for Georgia’s Weather?” Georgia’s agriculture is changing — in the years to come, scientists expect increased heat stress, longer growing seasons, and changes in rainfall which could lead to both more severe droughts and more floods.

For those who were unable to join but still want to learn about what a change in climate means for agriculture in Georgia and how Georgia’s farmers can prepare for and respond to these impacts, the recording is now available on the Georgia Climate Project’s YouTube Channel.
